TRANSLATIONS.COM ENTERS INTO MERGER AGREEMENT WITH QUAGNITO SOLUTIONS

Quagnito's 45 India-Based Localization Professionals to Bolster Translations.com's Testing, DTP, and Software Development Resources

NEW YORK, USA and PUNE, India — October 16, 2008 — Translations.com, a world leader in translation services and technology, today announced it has completed a merger with Quagnito Solutions of Pune, India. Quagnito specializes in localization-related testing, DTP, and software development. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Quagnito owners Anita Ganapathi and Neeraj Bezalwar, as well as all of Quagnito's employees, will remain with the company. Ganapathi will retain her position as Chief Operating Officer and Bezalwar will retain his position as Chief Technology Officer. Both will continue to run the company's day-to-day operations and both will join Translations.com's senior management team.
