Survey Creation Engine
Challenge
A renowned brand consulting firm needed assistance conducting verbal branding surveys in order to ensure that proposed brand names would not have negative connotations across different cultures, countries, and ethnic groups. Our client was facing challenges with identifying a suitable and large enough survey panel, ensuring the validity of survey results based on a high rate of survey completion, and achieving user satisfaction. In addition, our client was looking for a partner with the ability to handle a high volume of requests.
Technology Solution
Epic Global Solutions partnered with our affiliate company, TransPerfect, to develop a one-stop solution that addressed all of the challenges outlined by our client. The process solution included the location, qualification, and coordination of the survey panels, payment of honoraria, and the translation of survey questions and responses. The technology element was provided by the Epic Global Solutions team. Using a robust survey creation engine, the development team delivered the ability to create, host and administer multiple online surveys simultaneously, and to deliver the survey results in the data formats requested by our client. The result was an end-to-end solution—from the receipt of survey questions through to the delivery of final results. We provided our client with a true turnkey solution, relieving the burden of managing the surveys internally or collaborating with multiple vendors.
