Voice Prompt Platform
Challenge
While undertaking a study, one of our clients, a global provider of outsourced clinical trials, encountered a challenge that needed a specific technology fix. During the study, participants in all target markets are asked to call into an interactive voice prompt system to report on their daily progress. The process for creating the audio voice prompts in multiple languages was highly manual, resource intensive, prone to human error, costly, and involved multiple parties. Our client was looking for a technical solution that would automate the many steps and enable effective collaboration of all project participants.
Technology Solution
Epic Global Solutions developed a completely customized localization platform that facilitates the online management of all process steps involved in creating our client's audio voice prompts—from receipt and parsing of source files to leveraging, review, approvals, submission for recording, and finally exporting the packaged audio prompts. All project team members have access to the online platform to perform their assigned tasks, collaborate and communicate, and receive real-time status on the project's progress.
